The A1 BioChem team synthesizes complex chemical molecules and advanced drug discovery entities based on the customer’s requirements. Our medicinal chemistry team comprised of top-notch scientists experienced in medicinal, computational, and synthetic chemistry along with in vitro and in vivo biology to advance molecules from design to market launch.
- Support customer’s needs for hit identification (HI), lead generation (LG), and lead optimization (LO) programs.
- Provide scaffold design for HI and synthesis of focused libraries for LG and LO.
- Carry out non-GMP scale-up to support in vivo efficacy and toxicity studies.
- Provide preliminary intellectual property (IP) analysis on newly designed scaffolds and draft patent applications.
