A1 BioChem Labs (ABCL) was founded by Dr. Gadikota in 2013. Prior to ABCL,Dr. Gadikota held Chemical Development leadership positions at Johnson Matthey Pharma Services (JMPS) and Albany Molecular Research Inc (AMRI). Dr. Gadikota received his PhD from the Indian Institute of Chemical Technology and held a postdoctoral fellowship from The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio.
Mr. Lawton joined ABCL in 2014. Mr. Lawton has more than 15 years of industrial experience and held positions in Sales, Finance, Operations, Logistics and Human Resources. Mr. Lawton has a BS degree from Maywood University. Prior to joining ABCL Mr. Lawton was employed with Albany Molecular Research Inc (AMRI) where he had many responsibilities including creating and maintaining a chemical catalog. Mr. Lawton also worked for Robert Rossi & Company as an Accountant.
